Accessibility Statement

The Other Side of Rock Bottom, Inc.

Updated October 25, 2026

Everyone deserves access to hope, connection, and recovery support. OSRB is committed to improving access to our website and programs for people with disabilities.

Our Accessibility Goals

We aim to make our information clear, readable, and easier to navigate, including for people using keyboards, screen readers, and other assistive technology. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) help guide these efforts.

We have not completed a comprehensive accessibility assessment and cannot yet confirm that every part of our website meets these guidelines.

Getting Help

If you have trouble reading a page, using a form, finding meeting information, or accessing other content, please contact us.

Tell us which page or activity presented a barrier and what kind of assistance would help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical history.

We will work with you to identify an accessible way to obtain information or participate. You may also request information in another format or ask about accommodations for a meeting or program.

Outside Services

Some activities use outside services, including Zoom and PayPal. We do not control every feature of those services, but you can contact us if you encounter a barrier involving them.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is ongoing work. We welcome feedback and will use it to help identify barriers and prioritize improvements.
